You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Central Java, working closely with management to develop strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new potential B2B clients within the Solo area and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Present Dea Bakery's product portfolio and solutions to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer service excellence.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or the food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
