Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive B2B canvassing to identify and engage new automotive workshop and garage clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Present product catalogs and technical specifications to potential business partners
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic territory planning
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or field sales (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Basic knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Indonesian and local dialects of Maluku Utara
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree a plus)
