This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp 3,900,000 to Rp 4,500,000, along with the potential for performance-based incentives. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively canvass designated areas in Palembang to identify and engage potential customers for fragrance products
- Present and demonstrate Chemarome's fragrance portfolio effectively to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Accurately record customer information and sales data using our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persistent and effective canvassing
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales management team
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of fragrance products or willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic sales applications
