As a Sales Canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring our premium meat products reach the right customers efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers within the assigned Balikpapan territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to present Meat N Fresh product offerings to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales orders professionally.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Canvasser, Field Sales, or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Own a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep familiarity with the Balikpapan Timur area and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
