Agro Boga Utama, a leading distributor in the meat and fresh food sector, is looking for a dynamic Sales Canvasser to join our team at the Meat N Fresh outlet in M. Said, Samarinda. This is an exciting opportunity to drive brand awareness, build strong B2B relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of our retail presence in the region.
As a Sales Canvasser, you will be the face of Meat N Fresh in the field. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring our high-quality meat products reach the right customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door and business-to-business (B2B) canvassing to promote Meat N Fresh products.
- Actively identify and acquire new potential customers within the Samarinda area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new local clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide product knowledge and consultations to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the sales administrative process and report daily field activities.
- Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing (experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the Samarinda area geography.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
