PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa (SBP), the parent company of PT Bintang Hartono Jaya, PT Mitra Aksesoris Indonesia, and PT Bintang Terang Perkasa, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Canvassing professional to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. As a key player in our sales operations, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving brand awareness through direct market engagement.
We are looking for individuals who possess a 'hunter' mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the resilience to turn challenges into successful partnerships. You will play a vital role in our growth strategy by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our diverse product portfolio to the market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting door-to-door or store-to-store canvassing to identify and acquire new clients in the designated Jakarta Barat area.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Presenting product features and benefits persuasively to prospective business owners and customers.
- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
- Building long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure retention and future referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to dynamic market environments.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat and travel within the assigned territory.
