Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively canvas new areas to identify potential business clients and retail partners for fragrance products.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our scent collections.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to track performance against individual and team targets.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to help refine our local sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in periodic sales training and development sessions to keep up with industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door canvassing, or retail business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Deep passion for the fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned region (Sinjai Selatan).
- Proficient in local language and professional Bahasa Indonesia; basic English skills are an advantage.
- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
