Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily sales canvassing activities to identify and acquire new business leads within the assigned territory.
  • Present and demonstrate fragrance product portfolios to potential business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the fragrance sector.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and activity logs to management.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of fragrance samples and orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; relevant certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or canvassing, preferably in FMCG or cosmetic/fragrance industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangko, Jambi area.
  • Valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and access to a personal vehicle.
