Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting door-to-door canvassing and field visits to generate new business leads.
- Presenting product demonstrations and explaining features to potential customers effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Updating the CRM system with accurate client data and sales progress.
- Collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales canvassing or field sales (preferred).
- Mastery of canvassing mechanisms and sales processes.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and reliable personal transportation (mobil).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
