Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive canvassing activities to identify and engage potential customers in Ambon and Maluku region
- Present and demonstrate fragrance products effectively to highlight unique value propositions
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic customer acquisition and relationship building
- Market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-up and relationship nurturing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in fragrance, FMCG, or direct sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation for field activities
- Professional appearance and confident presentation style
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
