Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with modern CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
