In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for crafting and executing aggressive sales strategies, building high-value partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement across the healthcare technology sector.

The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses deep knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market, and has a proven track record of scaling technology-driven businesses. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients, ensuring that our innovative solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth within the Indonesian healthcare sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and business development teams to achieve and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and health-tech service providers.
  • Represent the company at high-level industry events and meetings to build brand authority and market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales tactics.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and contract negotiation to post-sales relationship management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market demand and client needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership, specifically within the healthcare, SaaS, or health-tech industries.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales organizations in the Indonesian market.
  • Strong existing network within the Indonesian healthcare ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and CRM management tools.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is mandatory.
