We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our mission-driven team at Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan, Obat-Obatan Dan Kosmetika Mui. In this spiritually enriching role, you'll combine sales expertise with dakwah to guide the community toward halal and thayyib consumption choices. You'll be instrumental in educating consumers about our certified products while building meaningful relationships that align with Islamic values. As an ambassador of our halal certification authority, you'll represent our commitment to excellence in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic safety standards. We provide comprehensive training on halal principles and product knowledge to ensure you can confidently address consumer inquiries and concerns. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote halal and thayyib products through ethical sales practices and dakwah-based customer education
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while representing the organization's Islamic values
- Conduct product demonstrations and informational sessions on halal certification standards
- Meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with ethical marketing guidelines
- Document sales activities and provide feedback on market trends and consumer needs
- Collaborate with religious scholars to enhance product knowledge and messaging
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about halal consumption
Kualifikasi
- Strong background in sales or customer-facing roles with Islamic values alignment
- Deep understanding of halal principles and thayyib product standards
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to convey religious concepts
- Experience in community engagement or dakwah activities preferred
- Residence in Padang or willingness to relocate to Sumatera Barat
- Validated commitment to ethical sales practices and Islamic business ethics
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational mission
