Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and digital channels to convert inquiries into appointments.
- Provide exceptional service to showroom visitors by conducting professional product demonstrations and consultations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to accurately answer customer queries and provide customized solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including processing orders and coordinating with administrative teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Keep the showroom presentation at high standards to ensure an inviting atmosphere for all clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat and adhere to flexible shift schedules if required.
