Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Actively engage with potential customers through professional consultations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.
- Participate in regular team training and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and negotiation techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and report writing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Kalimantan Timur is highly preferred.
