Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive canvassing activities in designated Surabaya areas to identify new customer prospects
- Present Sozo Skin Clinic's services and products with persuasive, product-specific knowledge
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases for lead generation and follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent customer acquisition efforts
- Provide detailed activity reports and market feedback to the sales management team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent Sozo Skin Clinic professionally at all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field sales roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field assignments
- Residence in Surabaya or surrounding areas preferred
- High integrity, professional appearance, and commitment to customer satisfaction
