Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives for potential customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all vehicle features, specifications, and available financing options.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
- Participate in showroom activities, marketing events, and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead status in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is mandatory.
- Target-driven with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
