As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping our clients navigate their vehicle purchasing journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will play a crucial role in driving our regional growth and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service throughout their buying experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing automotive clients.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and vehicle test drives.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, competitor products, and specifications.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including documentation, financing processes, and vehicle handover.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performance retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
  • Willing to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
