Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new customer leads through networking, referrals, and showroom traffic.
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options and vehicle registration requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and gross profit targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current inventory, competitor products, and automotive market trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-pressure retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in local language and professional Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional appearance.
