Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales leads through networking and follow-ups.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, and current promotional offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and administration departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.
- Willing to be based and work in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional appearance.
