Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for BMW motorcycles.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and explain complex technical features to prospective customers.
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline, from initial lead contact to final handover of the motorcycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct professional test rides while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to improve the customer ownership experience.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, financial packages, and administrative documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence premium buyers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry and a genuine passion for motorbikes.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury brand environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail showroom.
