Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for BMW motorcycles.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and explain complex technical features to prospective customers.
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline, from initial lead contact to final handover of the motorcycle.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct professional test rides while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to improve the customer ownership experience.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, financial packages, and administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence premium buyers.
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry and a genuine passion for motorbikes.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- A professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury brand environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail showroom.
