Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for key stakeholders.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to offer tailored solutions based on client project requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing portfolio accounts to ensure repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in consultative sales, preferably within the interior, construction, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
