Top Cars Gallery is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. We specialize in high-end automotive protection solutions, specifically Paint Protection Film (PPF) and premium window tinting (Kaca Film).
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with automotive dealerships and car showrooms to showcase our superior product range. We are looking for someone who excels at building long-term relationships and possesses the technical aptitude to explain the benefits of PPF and window film to both B2B partners and end customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence in Jakarta Selatan.
- Conduct regular visits and presentations to new and pre-owned car showrooms and dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with dealer managers and key decision-makers.
- Provide detailed product consultations regarding the technical benefits of PPF and Kaca Film.
- Negotiate sales terms and prepare commercial proposals to close B2B partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive, car accessories, or luxury goods sector.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and a reliable vehicle for mobility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly target-oriented personality.
- Strong networking ability with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
