Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Present company products/services to potential clients with compelling value propositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong goal orientation with demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of local Balinese market preferred
