Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing logistics clients.
- Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations and service proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential leads, and competitive advantages.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal operations, warehousing, and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate service agreements and rates while maintaining company profitability margins.
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation to ensure compliance and record accuracy.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management on a weekly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) for data management and quotation drafting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
