Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain existing retail outlets to ensure brand visibility and operational excellence.
  • Provide direct leadership, training, and performance management for the SPG/SMD field team.
  • Develop and execute strategies for active market expansion and territory growth.
  • Drive customer acquisition initiatives to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to management.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and product displays to optimize consumer engagement.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competitor activities in the Pekanbaru area.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Team Leader, or in a similar supervisory role within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a field-based sales force.
  • Deep understanding of the Pekanbaru retail landscape and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of mobility and flexibility to travel between outlets as required.
