In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that our field teams are synchronized, productive, and consistently hitting their targets.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in operational planning and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Daily Activity Plans (DAP), analyzing sales performance metrics, and providing the necessary support to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure the effective execution of daily sales activities in alignment with the Daily Activity Plan (DAP).
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Coordinate administrative support for the sales department to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze market data to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between the field sales team and the head office.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize sales processes.
  • Manage the scheduling and reporting requirements for sales personnel in the Kalimantan Tengah region.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or field sales operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Banjarmasin/Kalimantan Tengah.
