In this role, you will act as the bridge between our premium coffee products and our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality and F&B industry.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for client staff to ensure proper brewing and serving techniques.
- Provide expert consultancy on coffee selection, equipment maintenance, and menu optimization.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Bali region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and technical support requests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product activations and brand-building events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or the specialty coffee industry.
- Possess a deep understanding of coffee beans, roasting processes, and brewing methodologies (SCA certifications are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations across Bali as required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
