Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily sales activities, including managing team schedules and organizing client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and sales conversions.
  • Prepare professional sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise between the sales team, production department, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital content and physical brochures.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to provide insights for management review.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain client relationships.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing Administration, or Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM software and project management tools.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (Indonesian and English) for both internal and external correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team under tight deadlines.
