Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), a leader in Indonesia's express courier and logistics industry, is seeking a high-performing Sales Corporate Section Head to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives in Surabaya.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to expand JNE's market share in the East Java region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new high-value B2B contracts with major enterprise clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably within the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a high-performing sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Deep understanding of the Surabaya and East Java corporate market landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented work environment.
