Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), a leader in Indonesia's express courier and logistics industry, is seeking a high-performing Sales Corporate Section Head to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives in Surabaya.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing key corporate accounts, and mentoring a high-impact sales team. You will be at the forefront of capturing new market opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and ensuring our logistical solutions meet the evolving needs of large-scale enterprises. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to expand JNE's market share in the East Java region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new high-value B2B contracts with major enterprise clients.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably within the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Deep understanding of the Surabaya and East Java corporate market landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented work environment.
