Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter, greeting visitors promptly and professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and payment processing
- Inform customers about vehicle features, promotions, and financing options
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain organized sales records and documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Ensure counter area remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management and showroom maintenance tasks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (Class A) is advantageous
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
