PT Pancasona Dayasakti is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cilincing, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between raw sales figures and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, identifying emerging market trends, and providing actionable insights that empower our sales team to hit their targets and optimize revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze daily/monthly sales data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Develop and maintain automated sales dashboards to track KPIs and team performance metrics.
- Identify sales trends, patterns, and anomalies to support proactive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales department to provide data-backed insights for territory planning and quota setting.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular presentation reports for management regarding sales performance and forecast accuracy.
- Support the implementation of new CRM tools and analytical processes to improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
