Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for JAECOO vehicles in the Surabaya showroom.
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to highlight key vehicle features.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the showroom floor and display units.
- Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and social media to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to explain financing options and service packages to clients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or high-end retail environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and a hunger to exceed monthly targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
