Tanggung Jawab

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a result-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
