Are you a driven sales professional passionate about the ed-tech industry? Binar Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnership development and high-impact sales initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate our educational solutions into meaningful value for our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, social selling, and networking efforts.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and corporate partners.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine lead generation strategies and campaign messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales funnel management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
