Binar Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Freelance) to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our mission to empower digital talent in Indonesia. You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective students and partners, and driving our sales pipeline forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and B2B partners to meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and demo sessions to showcase the value of Binar Academy programs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to successful conversion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and market insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all prospect interactions in our CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a freelance/remote-friendly capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market data into actionable sales strategies.
