Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales volume.
- Manage and optimize social media and digital advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Analyze sales metrics and digital performance data to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital initiatives with overall sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the digital landscape.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries generated through digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM fundamentals, and digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
