In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our market expansion, nurturing distributor relationships, and ensuring our products reach their full potential across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost brand visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share across distributor and retail channels.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure optimal product placement and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze MT and GT performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the senior management team.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store execution, brand visibility, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the training and development of the sales team to improve performance and service standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotions and drive consumer engagement.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and achievement reports for regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the FMCG or household appliance industry.
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) distribution dynamics in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as required to manage distributor relationships and monitor market conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
