Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for technical products and solutions in the assigned territory
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and consultation to customers
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to support business strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan and conduct field visits as required
