Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive market research and industry networking.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored technical recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and product teams to address specific client feedback and customization requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency in market analysis and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas for site visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
