Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the engineering sector.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to design customized technical solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients regarding the implementation and usage of our solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and relationship management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing long-term B2B accounts.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Willingness to travel locally to visit project sites and client offices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
