Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Perform comprehensive requirement analysis to propose the most efficient bearing solutions.
- Provide end-to-end technical support during the sales process to ensure product-market fit.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and procurement managers.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and commercial bids.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to resolve product-related queries and custom requests.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial components or the bearings industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Jakarta Raya and surrounding industrial zones.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in professional English.
