Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-impact technical product presentations and live demonstrations for potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the internal engineering and product teams to translate client requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, tenders, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company goals and meet established performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or field engineering role.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, technical systems, or B2B manufacturing solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Bogor and surrounding regions as required.
