Are you a technical expert with a passion for sales? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bekasi. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our complex technical solutions and our clients' business needs. You will be responsible for providing technical demonstrations, conducting product presentations, and collaborating closely with our engineering and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in engineering and a natural aptitude for relationship building. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, solving customer challenges, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest technical standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial sector.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
- Provide technical support and consultation to assist clients in selecting the best solutions for their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on market trends and product improvements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts aligned with company pricing strategies.
- Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and meetings to stay updated on market developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales capacity.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Bekasi and surrounding West Java region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
