Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through technical consultation and relationship building.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide customized solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and professional technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial technical inquiry to project handover.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and attend industry events.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting sales targets.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English are mandatory.
