Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market share in the region.
- Provide expert technical product demonstrations and consultations for potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to develop customized solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver professional technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to project implementation and follow-up.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving technical queries and providing ongoing support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support business development.
