Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads and sales opportunities within the Palembang territory.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to explain our product features to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide professional, tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
- Participate in industry-related exhibitions and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics in the Sumatera region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High energy, self-starter mentality, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Palembang.
