Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business leads and sales opportunities within the Palembang territory.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to explain our product features to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide professional, tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
  • Participate in industry-related exhibitions and trade shows to increase brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics in the Sumatera region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High energy, self-starter mentality, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Palembang.
