You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands while maintaining a focus on maximizing sales volume and profitability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasting and volume projections.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to tailor technical solutions to specific client requirements.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Indonesian market.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry advancements and pricing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of technical solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and profit margin analysis.
  • Self-motivated professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
