Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase product capabilities and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, quotes, and solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze client requirements and provide expert advice on product selection and customization to ensure optimal performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including white papers, case studies, and training materials for sales teams and customers.
- Conduct market research to identify technical trends, competitor strengths, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the continuous improvement of the sales process by providing feedback on product features and customer pain points.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies and market trends.
