Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell lifting, rigging, and fall protection products to industrial customers
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and client consultations
- Develop customized safety solutions based on customer requirements
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with engineering teams for specialized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Train customers on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging systems, and fall protection
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Certification in industrial safety (OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred
- Proficiency in technical proposal writing
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
